My Review

A TWIST OF FAITH was an inspiring story full of small-town charm, family, a woman who is a little lost in her life, and romance. It was sweet, heartfelt, and an enjoyable read the whole way through.

I really loved these characters! Adelina or "Dee" is a stubborn, strong, smart, and beautiful woman. She's also a woman with so many misconceptions and prejudices that she almost missed out on a new experience and possible love. I enjoyed seeing how her heart was changed. Reese was an amazing guy. He has his own stubborn streak, is also smart and strong, but also so caring and gentle. A truly charming gentleman. I loved his sweet kids, especially Lou, and his entire family. I'm looking forward to reading more about his family in future books.

Dee and Reese were a great pair. Their past histories created some serious obstacles, but the Mitchell family and the faith they lean on brings hope, forgiveness, and opens their hearts. I loved how their relationship grew. There was always attraction and chemistry (and some great dialogue and sweet moments), but they began as neighbors and moved to friends before they gave in to the possibility of something more. Their resistence and why they thought as they did was realistic and helped drive the change to their hearts and the story.

Overall a sweet and enjoyable inspirational romance. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author!
