Weekly Update #208, lots of reviews coming up...

Welcome to my Weekly Update where I post my blog's schedule for the week!

I'm linking up to The Sunday Post, hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book ReviewerTynga's Reviews for Stacking the Shelves and Mailbox Monday showcasing the books I added to my shelves or Kindle this week, It's Monday! What Are You Reading? hosted by Kathryn @ Book Date, and I've also just recently added linking up to The Sunday Salon on Facebook.

We had a dip in temperatures last Thursday that I loved! It will be the last we'll see of low 70s here for some time. I can already feel summer coming. That might be weird for a lot of you guys who live where there is still snow, but in Arizona the summer comes early and stays for some time. I'll take it over most other places though. :)

This week shows another interesting mix of books. I've been told I should stick to a genre for more blog traffic (like only YA or only adult romance or something), but I just have a hard time doing that and I started this blog as a hobby to share what I love, so I don't really want to limit what I'm allowed to read. Do you prefer blogs who only focus on one thing or those who review various genres? Just curious.

I'm starting a new monthly newsletter for those who don't want daily emails and to spotlight specific giveaways and posts. If you're interested in signing up, you can sign up here (same thing that's now on my sidebar):

I joined Bloggiesta this past week. You can see my sign-up post with progress here. I was already working on some things, but I thought this event would help motivate me to really get things done. You might have noticed a slight change in my menu and some changes in my sidebar. There is now a picture of me instead of my button. I went back and forth on that, but decided to go with a picture. Let me know what you think (if you can tell the difference)!

I've been hosting a meme this year called Can't-Wait Wednesday that is taking over for my Waiting on Wednesday posts since the host, Jill over at Breaking the Spine, went inactive in August. You're welcome to join in or link up your Waiting on Wednesday posts each week. Find out more here.

The Instagram challenge, #WishfulWonder, that Rissi over at Finding Wonderland and I are hosting for March is almost over (I'll be posting about April soon)! You can find more info here (feel free to still participate at any time, be it a day or two or more).
