Summary

New York Times best-selling children's series. Dragonwatch is the sequel series to Fablehaven.

Who will win the battle between Dragons and Giants?

As the war with the dragons intensifies, all eyes are turning to Titan Valley for help. A dragon sanctuary unlike any of the others, this one is home to enslaved dragons ruled by the powerful Giant Queen, one of the five monarchs of the magical world. In addition, it houses the arena for the Titan Games, a series of gladiator-style battles presided over by none other than Humbuggle, the demon who stole Seth s memories!

Seth is seeking for his memories. Kendra is seeking for Seth. And everyone is seeking to stop the dragons from taking over the world everyone but Ronodin, the dark unicorn, who has his own devious agenda. In the monstrous battle between giants and dragons, who wins? In the race to retrieve a magical talisman that could help win the war, can Kendra trust Seth? Will they find the answers they desperately need in a realm of trolls and titans? Or are more betrayals imminent?

My Review

CHAMPION OF THE TITAN GAMES is the best book in this series yet! Full of an ever-more-complex plot, and a series that grows more climatic with each book, readers will feel the intensity build as a preclude to what is coming next. Beloved characters continue to develop, while readers will also fall in love with new characters. Highly recommended to fans of the series and readers who enjoy books both characters and plot driven with great fantastical elements!

These books just keep getting better. This definitely was my favorite so far! There was so much going on, but I loved how the author fit all of the pieces together and how the main characters continued to come into their own. I also loved travelling to the giant's realm and seeing another dragon sanctuary come alive. I fall in love with these characters more as the series goes and I'm definitely ready to see what happens in the next book.

In the end, was it what I wished for? I loved reading this! Full of great characters, a fully-fleshed fantasy world and an exciting plot that is perfect for middle grade readers on up. Highly recommended! The next book can't come fast enough!

Content: Some violence but clean.
Source: I received a complimentary copy from the publisher, which did not require a positive review. All opinions are my own.
