This author has been in my view for a while as I have her Murderbot Diaries on my list. There's seven so far in that series, so I need to get going to catch up, which I definitely plan on doing - possibly this summer. Then I saw this... the first in a new series. I love the cover, the title and the premise! It won't hurt to get to this regardless of where I am in her other series. 😁 It's my pick this week...
