My Review
PERSUASION: A BabyLit ® Colors Primer was an adorable board book perfect for Austen fans who want to introduce their kids to her storybook world, in this case, Persuasion. The illustrations are lovely and full of color. The book is short and succinct with a page of text that has two words and an illustrated page for reference. This book is also humorous in how it applies the colors and illustrations, such as a "chestnut horse" to describe a horse that is hooked up to a carriage. It will definitely expand a child's vocabulary with more complex color names. My only complaint would be that it may not be the most applicable to its audience. However, for this Austen lover it was a fun and enjoyable read!
