My Review

INDESCRIBABLE ATLAS ADVENTURES is a brightly colored and illustrated children's Christian atlas featuring 50+ countries of the world. Each country has a basic map and different points of interest as well as a couple religious applications or facts. It's a beautifully created book with a textured hardcover and nice, thick pages inside. Definitely a book to grab for children of faith who will enjoy learning about the world and applying their faith as they do so.

Read if you want:
- Full color pages with eye-catching illustrations
- Short snippets of text for shorter attention spans
- Pages of facts for curious minds who want to learn about our world
- Christian-based atlas with scriptures, questions, and other religious notes
- Quality, well made book that will last through many readings

I really liked the format of this book! It's presented really well with how the illustrations and text are all laid out, as well as the eye-catching colors and illustrations. The information is given in small segments, making it easy to read one part and come back to read more. This I found especially perfect for kids who don't generally have the attention spans to sit and listen to long sections of text, while equally being perfect for kids who love to explore and learn new things about the world and would sit down and reach each separate fact one after the other. The quality of the book is also excellent.

The religious aspect of this atlas is fairly strong, so this isn't a book to pick up if that's not for you. I also would have liked the major religions to be listed for each country regardless of religion, or not listed at all. I feel like that is an important fact, but mainly Christian facts were listed.

In the end, was it what I wished for? This is a fun atlas for Christian families with attention-grabbing illustrations and interesting facts. Recommended to grade school aged children.

Did or do you have any other fun books like this on your shelves? What appeals to you about this one?
