My Review

MARRYING THE WEDDING CRASHER is a story full of charm, chemistry, family, and heartbreak. It's sure to pull all the emotions from readers: tears, laughs, and swoon-worthy sighs. If you like your romance on the sweet side, with plenty of heart, and some sizzling chemistry, then this story is perfect for you!

I tend to love the trope of characters pretending to be a couple for one reason or another. They tend to fall in love against their better judgment. It makes for an entertaining read. Every time. There's always this underlying chemistry that both characters try to resist and plenty of fun dialogue, which is definitely true here. In this story, the characters were so much fun! I loved them from the start! There's humor, definitely chemistry, a few surprises (like a spontaneous hug and the secret Harley is trying to hide), and heartbreak and guilt that both of these characters have to work through in order to find the happiness they deserve. It makes for a heartfelt story that pulls on your emotions.

In the end, was it what I wished for? I really enjoyed this one and those who are fans of sweet romance with heart and some sizzle, will also find much to love here!

My Review

ALWAYS THE HERO is a sweet story about forgiveness, second chances, and trust. The characters are easy to relate to, the small-town setting adds charm, and the relationships tug on the heart. An enjoyable story from the first page to the last!

I loved these characters! Matt is such a great guy in so many ways. He tries so hard to do right by the people in his life. He isn't perfect, which makes him more lovable. Lori is a sweetheart. She's talented, beautiful and loved, but she doesn't see it. She judges herself by the past and her dress size, even though her friends and Matt don't see her that way. I so wanted to shake some sense into her so many times, but I also saw why she felt as she did. These two, with their challenges, the other things going on in the town, and with Matt trying to adopt, really tugged on my heart. A story that can do that, that can bring out emotions, is a story well written. And to top it all off, the ending was perfectly sweet.

In the end, was it what I wished for? This story is a fabulous addition to this line of books. It's heartwarming, sweet, with lovable characters, and a happily-ever-after that readers will love.
