Welcome to my Weekly Update where I post my blog's schedule for the week!

It's been a unexpectedly busy week. My grandfather passed away a week ago and we had the funeral Saturday. We knew it was coming, so it wasn't a shock, but we will miss him dearly. He was a wonderful man who lived a good, full life - all 99 years of it. My parents and my brother came and are here staying with us, which I've loved. I also got to see most of my cousins (there are 47 of us and 115+ great grandchildren) and their spouses. Many of them I haven't seen for a long time. We're a fairly close family regardless because we spent a lot of time together when we were children, so lots of hugs and sharing where everyone is and what's going on in everyone's lives. The rest of life got pushed aside this week - especially reading and blogging, so I have two books to read and review that I didn't get to last week as well as a bunch for this week. I plan on taking a few days and relaxing into some books.
