Don't miss this novella... I Really Do Miss Your Smile by Susan May Warren (Review Brief)

Review briefs are just like they sound, a briefer review (and usually for more than
one book) than my norm for books that I want or need to share about.
It's also a play off of legal briefs, which include just what you need to know...

Summary

I couldn't find the summary, so briefly, this is the story of how John and Ingrid (the Christiansen parents) met and fell in love. The story takes place the same few days every year in Deep Haven during the summer when everyone, tourists and locals alike, come out for the street dance.

My Review

I REALLY DO MISS YOUR SMILE was an an emotional, heartbreaking, and beautiful story. It's amazing how this author could dive so deeply into these characters and their lives in so few pages. We get to ride along as they experience the street dance in Deep Haven each summer and how their friendship and love develop. One of the best, sweetest, most heartfelt romance I've read. I loved it from beginning to end! If you haven't read this series and enjoy inspirational romance or even just heartfelt romance, this is a great place to start!

(I did read this one previously as it was included in one of the books, but it was just as good the second time around - maybe even better.)

Content: Some innuendo, but clean.
Source: Received a complimentary copy through the author's website.

Other Books in the Series

Take a Chance on Me (Christiansen Family, #1)When I Fall in Love (Christiansen Family, #3)
Evergreen: A Christiansen Winter Novella (Christiansen Family)Always on My Mind (Christiansen Family #4)
(Linked to my reviews or Amazon.)

I loved reading this one all in one sitting and getting transported back to Deep Haven, one of my favorite romance series. They also all have fabulous covers. I still need to read the last two books in the series and am planning on doing so soon. Have you read any of the books in this series?
