Summary

Her choice. His consequences.

Nurse Sophie Mattuchi has seen a lot of angry patients in the ER, but no one's ever rattled her like Jack Carter. He has no right to blame her for his friend's death. Sophie did everything she could. Didn't she? Yet his accusations sting, and that sets off all kinds of internal alarms. She's never cared this much about any man's opinion of her. But Jack is different. He stirs up feelings. Strong feelings. Guilt. Anger. Attraction. Curiosity. Sympathy. Sophie's definitely not interested in Jack, but even if she was, he'd never forgive her for the decision she made that night in the hospital. Would he?

This or That with Catherine Lanigan

Are you guys ready to get to know a little more about Catherine? Here we go:

Chocolate or fruity candy?

Chocolate… Always

I'm with you there 100%. :) Read a book or watch TV?

Read and read more. I seldom watch television anymore, but I do watch movies on DVD.

Love that answer! Get out of the house or stay at home?

I get out. In addition to working full time, I’m out to dinner with friends or go to parties, if I’m not giving them. I never go to theaters to see a movie. No concerts these days, But I love live theater, ballet and symphony.

I haven't been to a live production for a while, but they are lovely. Winter or summer?

Summer. With everything in bloom.

You have a very different summer than I do, but it sounds fabulous! Run or walk?

I crushed my knee cap three years ago and so now I walk on the treadmill or out in nature.

That doesn't sound fun at all. We love hiking too. Cats or dogs?

Both. Love them all!

I'm allergic to cats, but I love kittens. Toilet paper: over or under?

Over

That would be the correct answer. ;) Pie or cake?

Cake

That's such a hard question... Hotel or camping?

Hotel with great sheets and a good restaurant downstairs.

Ahh. Print or ebook?

Print. I have piles everywhere.

So do I. :) Restaurant/take-out or homecooking?

I’d rather restaurant.

I do love eating out too. Curtains or blinds?

I have both.

That seems to be a general consensus. Flats or heels?

Flats

They are comfy. Car or truck?

SUV

More truck, but a little car. ;) Rural or city?

I’m both. And a houseboat on the water.

Now a houseboat I could go for too. Rain or sunshine?

Sunshine

You would love Arizona then. Fairy tale or realistic fiction?

Both

That's me too. Phone call or text?

Both… but text during the day when I’m at work and can’t talk. However, nothing is better than a real conversation.

Isn't that just the plain truth! Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram?

I do them all.

Facebook and I are always at odds, but I use them anyway. What’s worse: laundry or dishes?

I don’t mind either.

*gasp* Would you like to come live with me? :D Soup or salad?

Salad

That's me most of the time as well. Love them! Bright or neutral colors?

Bright, but brought under control with neutrals. I hate boring.

I like it. Marvel or DC Comics?

Neither

I'll pretend you didn't say that... Cardio or weights?

Cardio

I'm both, but running kills my knees so I avoid it quite a bit. Meet anyone you wish: prefer dead or living?

Dead people. The living don’t know enough.

Or are not as wise, possibly. Bath or Shower?

Shower with lots of shower gel.

You're my kind of girl. Early riser or night owl?

Early riser

I used to be... When you write: paper or computer?

Computer

It's just easier, isn't it. Ocean or mountains?

I love both.

So do I. :) Well, this was super fun, Catherine! It's nice to know more about you. Thanks for stopping by!
