Weekly Update #212, reading by my mood...

Welcome to my Weekly Update where I post my blog's schedule for the week!

I'm linking up to The Sunday Post, hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book ReviewerTynga's Reviews for Stacking the Shelves and Mailbox Monday showcasing the books I added to my shelves or Kindle this week, and It's Monday! What Are You Reading? hosted by Kathryn @ Book Date.

This weekend I ignored the books I was supposed to be reading and read what I felt like. Romance. I don't read a lot of mainstream romance, but I was just in the mood for it and will have some reviews coming soon for what I read. Generally I can fit a book or two in here or there that I'm in the mood for, but otherwise, it's pretty scheduled. Not that what's on the calendar aren't books I don't want to read, because they are, but I'm not always completely in the mood for them. So, I'm curious. Do you schedule your reading, do you read whatever you want, do you have a mix? Let me know.

This week is a mix of genres, as usual. Here's what to expect:

A Fragile HopeNinja Girl
The Sound of Emeralds (Steadfast Love, #3)Chance for HomeBlood Road

I finally got some pictures taken of the books I've gotten in the mail the past three weeks, so basically in April. Here they are (already posted on Instagram this week):

There are a few giveaways running right now:

I've been hosting a meme this year called Can't-Wait Wednesday that is taking over for my Waiting on Wednesday posts since the host, Jill over at Breaking the Spine, went inactive in August. You're welcome to join in or link up your Waiting on Wednesday posts each week. Find out more here.

The Instagram challenge, #WishfulWonder, that Rissi over at Finding Wonderland and I are hosting for April is ending soon! You can find more info here (feel free to still participate at any time, be it a day or two or more). I'll be posting about May's challenge soon.

In case you missed any of these over the past week...

What are you looking forward to this week?
