My Review

LIVE ALL IN is a subscription, monthly or annually, with the goal to inspire. Focused around a theme and song each month, with prompts for self reflection, printables, and both print and mp3 versions of each song (both with Hilary Weeks singing the vocals and an instrumental version for those who have a desire to sing the songs themselves). The subscription is also enhanced for annual subscribers to include a phone app and a Facebook group.

What I found, as a long-time fan of Weeks, is her trademark voice and songwriting with new songs to inspire. Most of the songs are soft and sweet, but a few have a little more power to them (like I am the Storm and the catchy tune found in All In as well as several others). The genre would be a a type of inspirational folk/soft rock. Weeks has the ability to connect with listeners, and these songs specifically focus on finding peace, joy, and fulfillment as we face daily life and its challenges. There is a religious aspect (a few specific to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the song studies), but all the songs are inspiring without reference to a specific religion as is most of the printables, making this good for those of different faiths. Honestly, the songs are all really good, and if you're a fan of Weeks or inspirational music you're sure to find some favorites here. As I went through the printables and the song studies, I found that this would be perfect for me and my teen daughter to go through together. It would provide an opportunity to share, teach, and encourage each other as women, especially as she faces some difficult things any teen faces.

There are still some kinks to be worked out, including consistency, but otherwise everything looks lovely and works as it should. I wasn't able to review the app, but I definitely think that regardless if you're a monthly or annual subscriber you should be able to use the app so that these songs can be easily listened to from your phone (maybe with the option to just purchase the songs individually). I also would love each month to be up on the website so everything can be viewed without downloading.

In the end, was it what I wished for? I really enjoyed listening to these new songs and appreciate that this subscription makes it easy for self reflection and meditation. There is a lot of heart put into this and you can feel that as you listen and as you work through the prompts. Definitely something recommended for Christians who connect with sweet inspirational music.
