Summary
No planet. No hope.
Quinn Neen and his friends have survived the uprising and the ruthless Fosaanian leader’s attempt to kill them, but the galaxy is still hurtling toward war. With just a few days before Quinn starts his mandatory military training, he plans to spend the time with Mira, the Fosaanian girl he’s in love with. When a mysterious message forces them on a journey to an isolated planet named Reyet, Quinn’s plans quickly change.
A coup on Reyet throws everything into chaos, leaving Quinn and Mira evading enemies they know, and some they don’t, including the planet itself. Now, time is running out for Earth, Fosaan, and Reyet, and there may be no place left in the galaxy that’s safe.

Guest Post
Dating is tough when your families are on opposite sides of a galactic conflict. It’s even tougher when your ruthless uncle has tried to kill your potential true love, first by banishing him to the jungle where he’s likely to be eaten by a giant lizard, and when that doesn’t work, throwing him in dark pit of water made to be almost impossible to escape.
In an ideal galaxy, Earther Quinn Neen and and Fosaanian Mira Kengeli would spend their time exploring different planets together. They are both adventuresome and feel the lure of the unknown. Quinn wants to show Mira all the things she’s missed growing up on an isolated planet where Fosaanians still live at just above a subsistence level.
He’d like to take her places where she can see cities and they can wander together without anyone caring or knowing who they are. Quinn has grown up in the shadow of his powerful grandfather, and Mira with the expectations of her ruling family, so the idea of losing themselves in a strange place has incredible appeal. And since Mira has dealt with a lack of readily available food for her entire life, Quinn wants to take her places where she can taste all the delicious food she’s never had, whenever she wants it. She also pines to see art and hear music, something her people have not had the time or resources to make a strong part of their culture.
Quinn has been to Paris on Earth, and he’d like to take Mina to all the cities in the galaxy that rival Paris.

Summary
Scientists and their families stationed on the remote planet of Fosaan were promised a tropical vacation-like experience. But Fosaan, devastated from an apocalyptic event nearly three-hundred years ago, is full of lethal predators and dangerous terrain.
Earthers are forbidden to go beyond the safety zone of their settlement and must not engage the remaining reclusive Fosaanians, native to the planet. Sixteen-year-old Quinn Neen is about to do both of those things.
During an unsanctioned exploration of the planet, Quinn discovers a beautiful Fosaanian girl named Mira stealing food from his family’s living unit. But before he can convince her to show him around, scientists are taken captive, leaving Quinn and the other young Earthers at the mercy of space raiders.
Quinn must go from renegade to leader and convince Mira to become an ally in a fight against an enemy whose very existence threatens their lives and the future of Earthers stuck on Fosaan and at home.
STATION FOSAAN is THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND meets STAR TREK: THE WRATH OF KHAN.
