Weekly Update #339, ready for a new week...

Welcome to my Weekly Update where I share what's been going on and what's coming up!

I'm linking up to The Sunday Post, hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

This past week did not go as planned. I watched my sister's dog while they went out of town for fall break for the week. He's a sweet, old dog with some major anxiety, which resulted in messes on the floor and sleepless nights all week. It did get a little better by day four, but he still woke me three times a night, so I was basically a zombie all week. I was hopeful that it would be better and I didn't want them not to be able to go, so kind of a tough situation. I was too tired to do pretty much anything though, so everything suffered for it. I hope to get some good rest this weekend and catch back up on my reading. It's a new week with the kids back in school from their break and me back at work.

Other Things of Note

I'm participating in Blog Ahead again this year. I'm not quite half way to my goal, but I'm hoping to have time to get quite a lot more done in the next two weeks since the holidays are always crazy. Check out my post here.
