Welcome to my Weekly Update where I share what's been going on and what's coming up!

I just have to say that I can't believe it's already almost Halloween! Usually I decorate with some fun Halloween items, but haven't even gotten to it this year, so I'm just planning on putting out some fall decor in front and leaving it at that this year. We had our first Halloween-ish event this weekend and the kids had their costumes on for the first time. It was fun, but also after a very long and busy day and I just wanted to be home with my feet up and reading a good book... or maybe sleeping. Lol! The kids are looking forward to Halloween and my parents will be in town Monday through Wednesday before then when we'll be celebrating my mom's birthday, which is on Halloween. Does your family do Halloween?
