Weekly Update #154, in which there's lots going on...

Welcome to my Weekly Update where I post my blog's schedule for the week! I'm linking up to The Sunday Post, hosted by Kimba @ The Caffeinated Book Reviewer, as well as to Tynga's Reviews for Stacking the Shelves and Talk Supe for Bought, Borrowed, and Bagged showcasing the books I added to my shelves or Kindle this week.

We saw The Intern over the weekend from Redbox. We're trying to catch up on movies we missed last year. I think I had too high of expectations. It was good, but not as good as I had thought it would be. Have you seen it?

This week I get to go in and meet with my kids' teachers for parent/teacher conferences. One of them needs some intervention and it's always hard to figure out exactly what to do sometimes. The teacher is a good teacher, but not as good as who the child had last year. She was AMAZING and I want her back... :(

I'm excited for the upcoming week! There are a lot of book reviews and promos. I'm not quite as ahead as I'd like to be, so it's going to be busy, busy, but still awesome! :D

Here's what to expect...

These are the books you'll be seeing this week:
Blackhearts Kingdom of Ashes (A Wicked Thing, #2) Kissed by a Cowboy
Now and Always Yours Chosen Soldiers Write Me Home
Lifer Temper Agent of the Crown (The Crown of Tremontane #3) Bryce (Scandalous Boys #1)

I didn't pick up a whole lot this week. Some review books and then my (very awesome) Owlcrate came. The Owlcrate included The Love That Split the World (which I've wanted to read even with mixed reviews), The Time Machine, a Dr. Who magnet, and a Lunar Chronicles tote (pink is not my favorite color, but I'll take it). Here they are:

EBOOKS
Almost Like Being in Love (Destination Wedding #2) Spring in Snow Valley: A Snow Valley Anthology Legally Wedded (Legally in Love, #3)

PHYSICAL BOOKS

I'm celebrating my Blogoversary this month, so there's multiple giveaways for that. It's the last week to enter, so check it out:

I posted the sign-up for the giveaway hop I host (2nd annual) for Children's Book Week in May. I'd love to have any of you bloggers or authors join! Click on the banner to take you to the sign-up:

In case you've missed this (I'll be sharing it through February): Prism Book Tours is looking for reviewers for Alethea Kontis' two newest fairy-tale-inspired books. Her Woodcutter Sisters Series that started these are some of my favorite books. These are a little darker and don't have as much romance. Anyway, you don't have to be a blogger to review - you just have to post a review on Amazon. Check it out if you're interested!

In case you missed any of these...

What are you looking forward to this week in your reading, on my blog, or just life in general?
