My Review

GOOD FAST EATS is the perfect cookbook for those with busy lives who want to cook something that tastes good, is relatively healthy, and will only take about 30 minutes. It includes 55 recipes categorized into eight sections: Chicken, Pork, Beef, Seafood, Meatless, Soup, and Sweets. Each recipe includes a full page photo, helpful information, and easy-to-follow instructions. This is definitely a cookbook to use on a regular basis.

Sautéed Chicken with Olive Orzo & Meatball Soup with Pearl Couscous

Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet & Moo Shu Pork

I really enjoyed this cookbook! I love that every single recipe has a photo. I also love how there is such an eclectic collection of recipes and that they are all flavorful while also being simple. It also came at the perfect time, when life was crazy and I needed good, quick meals to throw together.

Shrimp Fried Rice & Sesame Noodles with Roasted Broccoli

Chocolate Chip Skillet & Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Parfaits

In the end, was it what I wished for? This was a delight to cook with and I plan on trying out several other recipes as well as using others many times over in the future.
