So, I love Phoenixes. I think they're amazing mythological creatures. That's the first thing that drew me to this story since that's what it looks like is on the cover. Then I read the premise. I also have a thing for fierce women in fantasy. This one sounds intriguing and like a story I would really love. It's my pick this week...
