Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Books on My TBR for Summer

I'm participating in Top Ten Tuesday today, hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
Here's today's topic: Top Ten Books on My TBR for Summer

If you've seen my TTT posts before or follow my blog you know that I enjoy reading from different genres, so today's post reflects that. I put together two lists because there are some seriously good books coming out in YA and Christian romance and I didn't want to couldn't choose just ten. Here are the books I'm looking forward to reading, in no particular order:
1. Now & Forever by Mary Connealy. I just love the wit, banter, and humor that this author always seems to include in her books as well as some strong female roles. This is the second book in the Wild at Heart series and I'm really looking forward to it. My hard copy is waiting on my bookshelf for me.
2. The Curiosity Keeper by Sarah E. Ladd. This is Sarah's new series and she's a fabulous historical writer. I'm really looking forward to this one! It's pre-ordered.
3. The Wonder of You by Susan May Warren. This has got to be one of my favorite fictional families in literature. They grow on me more with each book in the series. This story takes right off from the end of the last one and I'm dying to find out what Amelia's (the baby of the family) story is.
4. Tiffany Girl by Deeanne Gist. Deeanne was one of the first authors I loved when I picked reading back up in this genre and has been a favorite since. I'm excited to fall in love with some new characters.
5. A Worthy Pursuit by Karen Witemeyer. Karen is a very fun writer and I've enjoyed all her stories. I actully won a copy of this one and I'm pretty sure I'll love it.
6. Love Arrives in Pieces by Betsy St. Amant. This one has been high on my tbr for some time. For one thing, I love the cover, and the premise sounds pretty good as well.
7. Married 'til Monday by Denise Hunter. Another family that I love. I've really loved Denise's books and that she doesn't shy away from complicated situations. The romance is always great too. ;)
8. Lady Maybe by Julie Klassen. Julie is another favorite historical author. I have enjoyed all her books and a few are favorites that I'll re-read several times. I love the cover and premise of this one. I can't wait for my copy to arrive!!!
9. Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Beth K. Vogt. I just love this cover! The wedding picture and bright pink for love! This one just sounds really good and sweet. Every time I see this one the Elvis song immediately starts playing in my head.
10. Marrying Christopher by Michele Paige Holmes (an adult romance honorable mention). I love this author and am planning on actually reading all three books in this new series of hers this summer. I've heard fabulous things and plan on loving them all.
1. Ink and Bone by Rachel Caine. I haven't read any of this author's books before, but this one sounds just really, really good and something I'd like. Hopefully I do.
2. Mechanica by Betsy Cornwell. Love the cover. Love the premise. I mean a Steampunk Cinderella story? I'm there.
3. The Heart of Betrayal by Mary E. Pearson. I really liked the first book in this series and I'm looking forward to seeing what Lia finds out in this follow-up. Hopefully more magic for one thing, and some good romance and intrigue.
4. Siren's Fury by Mary Weber. I meant to have already read this one and haven't. The first book blew me away and this one has the potential to do the same.
5. Powerless by Tera Lynn Childs and Tracy Deebs. I really enjoyed Child's Fins series and so I've been really looking forward to delving into a new series with her, even if co-authored.
6. Daughter of Dusk by Livia Blackburne. I really loved Midnight Thief and am curious about how Kyra adapts to her new situation and knowledge.
7. What You Left Behind by Jessica Verdi. I've never read a story like this. It's from a male POV and he has a baby that was left behind by his girlfriend who passed away. I love that it's unique and sounds like it'll pull on my heart. I'm hoping I'll love it.
8. Silver in the Blood by Jessica Day George. I love Jessica's books. This new series is a little out of the norm for her, but it sounds right up my alley. The cover is awesome and I'm really looking forward to sharing my thoughts for the read-a-long I'm co-hosting for next month.
9. The Boy Most Likely To by Huntley Fitzpatrick. I really loved this author's first book - even though I wish it would have been cleaner. (This is actually the second book after that one.) It was very well done and I loved the characters. This one sounds like it'll be very good and I'm crossing my fingers that I'll love it.
10. Legacy of Kings by Eleanor Herman. Cool cover. Ancient History meshed with fantasy. Romance, intrigue, and danger. My kind of story.

What books are on your list?
