I've never read about the Japenese Americans in the WW11

  7. That's what drew me in because I hadn't ever read about them either. I do wish that there was more of them just being in the camps and every day life as they experienced it.

  8. I've read several, but none of them have been set in the US with the Japanese.

  17. I read one of J. R. Johansson's other books and liked it, otherwise I don't know that I would have grabbed this one. Hopefully we both love both books!

  18. It was interesting. I wish there would have been more time there with the characters' actual experience, but it was still a decent read.
