#TackelTBR Read-a-thon Dream Character Challenge

Are you guys enjoying the read-a-thon so far? You can still sign up and also see the schedule here

Each of the challenges hosted here give you an entry into the Challenge Giveaway (below). The more challenges you complete, the more entries you get. You MUST complete one of the four challenges I will host for this read-a-thon to be eligible for the prize.

Let's have some fun today with a Dream Character Challenge

Instructions:
1. Pick your favorite character from a book.
2. List the name, the book he/she is from, and why that was your choice.
3. Pick a celebrity or picture of who you would dream cast for that character.
4. Post or link that picture (or leave the name of the celebrity) with the character's info.
5. Then come back here and leave a link to where you posted in comments (so we can all see) and in the rafflecopter for the giveaway.

Here's mine:

I picked Scarlet Benoit from Scarlet by Marissa Meyer because I like how fierce and loyal she is, but also kind. She showed so much compassion towards Wolf, even more so after she knows who he is. I really love this series!

I was scrolling through celebrity pictures and came across this one of Sandra Bullock. It just screamed Scarlet to me. :)

Who is your favorite character and who did you dream cast for her/him?

Must be able to enter and receive winnings by law. Must be able to accept the gift card and be a participant in this read-a-thon. You must be at least 13 years old to enter (if under 18, must have adult permission). Please ensure that you correctly enter your email (and check your junk mail folder if I'm not on your contact list) so that I have a way to contact you. You can read my giveaway policy on my policies page. Void where prohibited by law. Enter via the Rafflecopter below.

  1. Looks like you had another great day! I sadly had a bit of a slow one when I was hoping to make up for yesterday but I still got a decent chunk read and hopefully I'll end with a good day of reading!

Great job! I won't have much reading time today, as we're heading to the Renaissance Festival. Here's how I did yesterday: http://memesandfiction.blogspot.com/2014/09/tackle-your-tbr-readathon-day-12-update.html

Funny--I just finished it and I really can't picture Scarlet as a redhead. Oh, well. :)

  19. I think in my mind it's a very dark red, so like Sandra's but redder. Not a bright red at all. Maybe more an auburn. That's just how I see it regardless of how it's described. And redder in the sun. :)

  20. Well that definitely peaked my interest. I'll be over. :)
