I did like it. It was good and unique, but I literally had to hold in the tears and I need to read a light, HEA book now. Lol! :) I think I just left a comment on your update... Yep, same one. My comment isn't there, but I think that's cuz you didn't approve it yet. Have a fabulous weekend and hopefully away from the new job with plenty of reading.
ReplyDeleteThis was really fun! I hope I did it right :) I tweeted the pics, and mentioned you Tressa, just in case I did something wrong lol. Here's the link for the cover challenge, opposite covers :

ReplyDeleteUpdate: Books read Friday:3
ReplyDeleteTotal Read: 10
Yay! :)
Friday was another slow day for me. Only finished 1 book again. Didn't love it, started an audiobook in the early morning before bed, didn't like that, so I might take it easy over the weekend, start back up with a bang on Mon. I'll see how my next book is, when I start it. :)
ReplyDeleteNo, I didn't do yesterday's giveaway/challenge. Those aren't the kind of books that I read, so I figured I'd leave 'em for people who do. I didn't even look at the questions.
Here's my Day 5 Update
You're right Karsyn, it will be coming up. Originally it was first and then the schedule got changed and I forgot to move it on the rafflecopter. There are no dumb questions here. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome idea for a challenge! :)

ReplyDeleteIt makes it hard to want to read when you don't like what you've been reading or are reading. I'm also through the books that I need to read, so I'll be throwing in some others.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up, Samantha!
ReplyDeleteOh, the ending to Salt & Storm was so sad! It made me cry. :( It was a really good ending, though, huh?
ReplyDeleteThis is a really fun idea for a challenge. I really enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteIt was the perfect ending for this book. I tap my hat to the author for being brave enough to write this story as she did.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you did! I'm a little late coming over to look, but I'll be over in a sec. :)
ReplyDeleteI love this challenge! It took me awhile to actually think of some ideas. Here are my opposites: http://somethingtobrowse.blogspot.com/2014/09/tackle-your-tbr-challenge-book-cover.html
